When you request a quote, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, requested service, and details you choose to share about the space, schedule, access, pets, or cleaning priorities. We may also receive basic technical information used to operate and protect the website.

How we use it

Respond to your request and confirm service availability.
Prepare an estimate and coordinate job details.
Match a request with an independently operated cleaning business.
Provide customer support, improve service, and prevent misuse.

Service providers and cleaners

Sweepr may share the information needed to fulfill a request with an appropriate cleaning business and with vendors that support website forms, communications, hosting, or security. Quote submissions are processed through Webflow so Sweepr can receive and manage them. We do not use quote-form information for unrelated third-party advertising.

Retention and choices

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide service, maintain business records, resolve concerns, and meet legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security. This site is intended for adults arranging cleaning services and is not directed to children under 13.
