What Sweepr does

Sweepr helps customers connect with cleaners who already operate cleaning businesses. Availability is not guaranteed. A request submitted through the site is not a confirmed appointment or final price until the scope, timing, and price are confirmed directly.

Accurate job details

You agree to provide accurate contact, property, access, and service information. Material changes to the size, condition, hazards, access, or requested work may affect availability, timing, or price. Any additional work should be agreed to before it begins.

Independent cleaning businesses

Cleaning services may be performed by independently operated cleaning businesses. Sweepr coordinates matching and support but does not promise that a particular cleaner will always be available.

Access and safety

You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access and disclosing relevant conditions, including pets, parking restrictions, fragile items, active construction, pests, biohazards, or other unusual risks. A cleaner may decline or stop work when conditions are unsafe or materially different from what was described.

Satisfaction concerns

Sweepr stands behind its 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something within the confirmed scope was missed, contact Sweepr promptly and provide a reasonable opportunity to review and address the concern. The guarantee does not cover conditions outside the agreed scope, permanent damage, ordinary wear, or results that cannot reasonably be achieved through standard cleaning.

Cancellations and changes

Appointment-specific cancellation, rescheduling, access, and payment terms will be shared when service is confirmed. Those confirmed terms control for that appointment.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false requests, or use its content in a way that violates applicable law. Site content may change and is provided for general information.

Limitation and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, Sweepr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website. These terms are governed by Minnesota law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
